For Baes Leaf, a cloud kitchen bringing a vegetarian twist to Thai fusion cuisine, that experience needed to begin before the food arrived. The menu was more than a list of dishes. It was an opportunity to introduce the flavours, personality, and attention to detail behind them.

So we treated each dish almost like a portrait.

Hand-drawn illustrations capture the character of Baes Leaf’s signature creations, bringing an artisanal quality to a cuisine full of colour, texture, and detail. Rather than competing with the food, a restrained cream and olive palette gives every illustration room to stand out, balancing richness with the minimal sophistication of the brand.

The result sits somewhere between a menu and an illustrated guide to what’s coming next. Functional enough to order from, detailed enough to linger over, and distinctive enough to become part of the Baes Leaf experience itself.
